Millwright

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Domtar, Menominee Operations is seeking a talented

individual to join our team and will be accepting applications for

Maintenance Millwright. This will be a Shift Millwright (12-hour

rotating shift) position. Key Responsibilities: Performing mechanical

repairs or install new machinery and equipment as needed. Working with

preventative maintenance programs (inspections, lubrication and

time-based maintenance) and documenting accurate maintenance records

Working with a wide array of precision tools, including computerized

alignment equipment Ability to read and interpret machine drawings

\*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A valid journeyman card,

indicating successful completion of an accredited apprenticeship

program. A journeyman\'s certification is preferred but we will consider

equivalent experience without certifications. A positive work attitude

and a keen sense of responsibility, particularly with respect to safety

and environmental policies and procedures. Four (4) years of experience

in a related field and three (3) to five (5) years in an industrial

environment. Effective communication skills both verbal and written.

Solid computer skills and experience with electronic work orders.

Self-directed. Excellent trouble shooting/problem solving skills.

Recommended Qualifications: Experience in the Pulp and Paper industry

will be considered an asset. Additional certifications or experience

with hydraulics, pneumatics and welding or related experience in the

pulp and paper industry is a plus. Must be willing to meet the following

requirements: Available to work varying hours that may include shift,

weekends and holidays. Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled

overtime and respond to emergency call-ins. Able to work both

independently and as a part of the team. Pass pre-employment background

check and drug screen. Wear required personal protective equipment. Work
