Project Administrator Job Description We are seeking an on-site Construction Project Administrator to support the construction of a major manufacturing plant. You will serve as the primary contact for everyone entering the job trailer. Responsibilities Handle badging for all employees on site, accommodating up to 500 individuals during peak construction. Assist with site-specific paperwork. Support pre-construction, construction, close-out, and post-construction phases. Organize documents, prepare reports, manage project schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors. Utilize construction management software and tracking systems to manage project information. Track electronic subcontracts, vendor invoices, and payroll. Essential Skills Experience in construction administration and as a Field Office Coordinator or Field Administrator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to commit to a 12-month project. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5 years of experience as a project administrator on active construction sites. Reliable transportation is required. Why Work Here?
