Essential Functions:

Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production operations for manufacturing electro-mechanical products.

Maintain and operate manufacturing machinery following established procedures, work instructions, schematics, and approved documentation.

Carry out all assigned tasks and additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions.

Capable of lifting/moving materials up to 20 pounds, working with hazardous materials, and working overtime as required.

Desired Skills / Experience:

Proficient in using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions, with 3 to 5 years of industry or related job experience.

Experienced in working in a team-oriented environment.
