Hiring Painter/Handyman/Helper Hourly + Bonuses Weekly Pay

We are hiring a reliable, skilled painter/handyman to help turn rental properties across Tampa Bay. We paint, patch, clean, and fix up properties to get them rent-ready. This is a W-2 position with weekly pay, steady work, and bonus opportunities for those who perform.

We provide transportation to job sites while we build out our fleet just show up ready to work.

What Youll Do:
Paint walls, trim, and ceilings (mostly single-color, rental-grade)

Patch drywall, caulk tubs, replace blinds and outlet covers

Handle punch-list repairs in apartments and rental homes

Follow job checklists and keep job sites clean

Pay & Schedule:
Hourly Pay:

Lead Painter / Handyman: $22$26/hr

Painters Helper / Handyman Helper: $16$20/hr

Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit

Performance Bonuses:

Earn $25$150 per job for speed, quality, and client satisfaction

Start part-time and grow into full-time as we scale

Requirements:
Must be dependable and show up clean, sober, and ready to work

Must have painting or handyman experience (even basic)

Must be able to pass a background check

Smartphone required for job photos and text updates

Clean Drivers license Required
