Plumbing Foreman Job Summary**
Our company has an opening for a Plumbing Foreman to take the lead on plumbing projects. You will oversee our plumbing team for installs, maintenance, and repairs of our clients' plumbing systems as well as working with your tools to install plumbing systems, and teach apprentices proper skills small to large. Before the project begins, you will review blueprints with management to ensure you understand the scope, budget, and required timelines. You will travel to work sites and delegate tasks to team members. Our ideal candidate has at least seven years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber, and a minimum of 2 years in a foreman roll. Must be a skilled tradesman who acts as both a supervisor and a journeyman plumber. Must be able to lead a team of plumbers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
**. Plumbing Foreman Duties and Responsibilities**
Review blueprints and confirm the project scope, budget, and timeline
Delegate tasks to team members
Oversee each phase on-site to ensure the project moves smoothly
Document materials and equipment use, as well as any problems that arise.
Produce regular status reports for upper management
**Plumbing Foreman Requirements and Qualifications**
High school diploma or GED certificate
Completion of a plumbing certificate program or apprenticeship
7+ years of professional plumbing experience; supervisory roles a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation to start then a company vehicle will be provided.
Flexible schedule available to work evenings, nights and weekends as needed.
Able to Train and mentor less experienced plumbers and apprentices.
Must have a current Texas Journeyman or Master License.
The ability to effectively lead and motivate a team, communicate clearly with others, and resolve conflicts.
Knowledge of Plumbing Codes and Regulations: A thorough understanding of local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.

Pay starting at $40.00 an hour based on experience and references
