Early-career position with strong growth opportunity within the Rudolph Libbe Group. Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates. Assist in managing projects and developing estimates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist project managers and estimators with the following:
Strict adherence to Rudolph Libbe Group safety practices and procedures
Project planning and implementation of activities
Procurement of labor, materials, and equipment
Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes
Meeting minutes development and updates
Subcontractor coordination
Estimating
Contracts administration
Cost control
Sales/customer satisfaction
Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents
SKILLS
Willingness to travel as needed for projects
Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to be dynamic, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to requests of customers, superintendents, and construction partners
Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
Ability to adapt to unique job requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
Experience in the construction industry preferred
