Full-Time | Onsite in Cincinnati, OH | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$75,000-$90,000 based on experience

What You'll Do:
Oversee purchasing of all raw materials and internationally sourced goods
Develop and implement purchasing strategies, policies, and processes
Collaborate across departments to set inventory targets, reorder points, and lead times
Source alternative raw materials in partnership with lab and quality teams
Manage key supplier relationships and lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms
Resolve supplier-related issues including invoice discrepancies and quality concerns
Maintain supplier evaluations and risk assessments
Provide forecasting data to ensure timely product availability
Optimize order quantities for cost-effective material and freight spend
Support engineering with accurate cost data to assist in product costing and pricing reviews
Facilitate supplier meetings to proactively address challenges and opportunities
What You Bring:
5+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience; manufacturing background preferred
Strong analytical and process-driven mindset
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build supplier partnerships
Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented attitude
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Schedule & Location:
This role is 100% onsite at the company's Cincinnati, OH location. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
