Handyman

We are a property management company hiring a reliable and experienced handyman to handle small repairs and general maintenance across residential properties. This is a part-time position with consistent weekly hours and a flexible schedule. *on the books

Schedule:
Consistent hours each week (about +/- 20 hours per week
Set your own schedule for vacant units and coordinate with tenants. between Monday and Saturday, 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM,

Key Responsibilities:
Perform small repairs: patch drywall, replace blinds, caulking, touch-up painting, light fixture changes, basic plumbing/electrical, etc.
Assist with turnovers and punch list items
Report larger issues to the office
Must provide before/after photos and brief documentation for all completed work (required for payment) on portal.

Requirements:
Previous handyman or general maintenance experience
Own basic tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail and reliability
Valid ID and background check required

Pay:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience (starting at $25)
Paid out weekly upon verified completion of work
