Concrete Foreman

Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead field operations on commercial concrete projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep experience in structural concrete, flatwork, formwork, and foundation systems, who can effectively manage crews and ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise daily activities of concrete crews on commercial job sites

• Interpret blueprints and project specifications to guide all phases of concrete work

• Plan and execute formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing

• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality expectations

• Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce all OSHA and company safety policies

• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to keep the project on schedule and within budget

• Train and mentor crew members to maximize performance and ensure site readiness

• 5+ years of commercial concrete experience, including 2+ years as a foreman or lead

• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, elevated decks, slab-on-grade, tilt-wall, and wall systems

• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction documents and layouts

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Solid understanding of safety standards and quality control practices

• Ability to oversee multiple phases of a project while maintaining production and safety
