Concrete Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced, individual to join our construction company as a Concrete Superintendent . You will lead crews in projects, always ensuring safety guidelines are met for an efficient workplace. In some cases, you may need to train new members so you must also possess excellent leadership, management and communication skills.

Concrete Superintendent Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and schedules for crew members
• Schedule crew members, and supervise the use of machinery
• Supervision throughout shift, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organization
• Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise
• manage the project

Concrete Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience preferred
• Comfortable with concrete construction procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Blueprint reading, concrete finishing, and crew management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• knowledge of all forms from buildings, foundations, roads, flatwork
