Commercial Roofing Service Superintendent

A leading commercial roofing contractor in the Greater Temple area is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Superintendent to join their high-performing team. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support commercial roofing service crews on leak calls, repairs, and maintenance

• Serve as the on-site contact for property managers, facility engineers, and building owners

• Conduct inspections on in-progress and completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met

• Coordinate with dispatch and service managers to plan and assign daily service work

• Respond to emergency service requests, including after-hours as needed

• Ensure accurate documentation of reports, photos, safety forms, and service tickets using tablets and job tracking software

• Ensure crews are properly equipped with tools, materials, and safety gear

What We’re Looking For

• 5–15 years in commercial roofing, especially low-slope systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Mod-Bit, BUR)

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising service or repair crews

• Strong leadership and communication skills in a field setting

• Proficiency with technology (tablets, apps, software) and understanding of specs/blueprints

• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Manufacturer certifications a plus
