We manage projects from conception to closeout, blending thoughtful design, smart financing, and local insight to shape the citys future skyline.
Key Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-value development projects across Miami-Dade and Broward County.
Oversee development timelines, budgets, permitting, and construction progress
Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and city officials
Prepare and manage project pro formas, cost estimates, and financing models
Lead community outreach and present at zoning/approval hearings
Report regularly to executive leadership and investors
Conduct market analysis and assist with site acquisitions when needed
Requirements
5+ years of real estate project management or construction/development experience
Proven track record with residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
Strong understanding of zoning, entitlements, and Florida permitting processes
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field (MBA or Masters preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a strong plus
Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000 $140,000 (DOE)
Annual Bonus: Performance-based (typically 1525%)
