About the Opportunity

Are you a leader in the field of marine construction? Bay Harbor Marine Services is seeking an experienced Seawall Foreman to join our growing team. If you know the ins and outs of seawall construction and take pride in delivering quality marine infrastructure we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Lead and supervise on-site crews during seawall construction and repairs
• Read and interpret construction plans, site layouts, and engineering specs
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and jobsite productivity
• Operate equipment and tools used in marine construction
• Coordinate with project managers and ensure timely completion

What Were Looking For

• Supervisory experience in seawall construction, marine construction and carpentry
• Proven experience in seawall or marine construction
• Familiarity with concrete forming, rebar, tiebacks, vinyl or concrete panels
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, kneel, and climb as needed
• Ability to manage and motivate crews
• Comfortable working on or around water (bonus points if youre a strong swimmer!)
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work outside in the Florida elements (sunshine, rain, heatyou name it!)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
