Electrical Design Engineer
Job Description

Join our team as an Electrical Design Engineer, where you will be at the forefront of embedded systems development, sensor technology, and analog signal processing. This role involves designing and testing electromechanical systems, focusing on circuit design for EMC compliance, and ensuring signal integrity in both AC and DC circuits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop embedded systems and sensor technology solutions.
  • Process low-level analog signals, focusing on analog-to-digital conversion.
  • Conduct PCB layout for optimal AC and DC signal integrity and EMC compliance.
  • Design electromechanical systems and perform system integration testing.
  • Create circuit designs that comply with EMC standards.
  • Model circuits, perform performance analysis using SPICE, and conduct tradeoff analysis.
  • Implement circuit testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably 5+ years.
  • Proficiency in electrical design, including analog and digital circuits.
  • Experience with schematic design and design for manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Cadence and Altium design software.
  • Understanding of ISO quality systems, specifically Design Controls and Product Realization.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with sensor technology and EMC compliance.
  • Experience in design for production processes.
  • Ability to perform circuit design, modeling, and performance analysis.
Work Environment

This position is based at our headquarters in Loveland, Colorado, within our newly built R&D facility. The work schedule follows summer hours, with onsite presence from Monday to Thursday and a flexible Friday schedule. Relocation assistance is available. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
