Maintenance / Handy Man

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a busy real estate and property management firm. This individual will support the upkeep of commercial buildings and residential homes / condos. To ensure the sites are safe, clean, and fully functional.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and minor maintenance repairs including plumbing, drywall, framing, and general building upkeep
Respond promptly to tenant service requests and maintenance reports
Communicate with property management regarding issues requiring specialized or outsourced services
Operate and maintain tools and supplies necessary for completing maintenance tasks
Anticipate potential problems and perform proactive maintenance as needed
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with tenants, vendors, and visitors
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Must supply your own basic tools
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for emergencies only
Physically able to climb ladders, lift up to 60 lbs., and work at various heights
AZ driver license in good standing
