MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

**Must have extensive experience and expertise in at least 5 of the following:**

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Finish Carpentry (trim work, molding)
- Cabinet Installation
- Framing (both rough and finish work)
- Painting (interior and exterior)
- Drywall (repair and installation for walls and ceilings, including tape and texture matching)
- Plumbing (both rough-in and finish work)
- Electrical (installation of recessed lighting, fixtures, and wall outlets)
- Tile Installation (floors, walls, backsplashes)
- Flooring Installation (tile, hardwood, laminate, LVP)
- Concrete/Masonry (including flatwork and blockwork)
- Installation of Doors and Windows
- General Repairs and Maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be legally authorized to work with a valid Driver's License and SSN.
- Must have your own truck for transportation.
- Must have a smartphone with internet access.
- Must be responsible, dependable, and punctual.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret plans is a plus.
