Now Hiring Residential Electrician Helper

"South" Orange County Electrical Contracting Company is seeking assistance for our Residential Electricians. This is a seasonal position, but a permanent position may be offered depending on performance.

The Tradesman Electric is looking for a highly motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. This position would best fit a someone looking for an opportunity to gain trade experience and begin their career as an electrician. While we are currently looking to fill this role as seasonal only, a permanent full-time position may be offered depending on performance.

It is important to note, a helper position can be a physically demanding role which trains and conditions an individual in preparation for full-time electrical work. Additionally, applicant must possess a valid drivers license, have access their own vehicle, and be able to maintain a punctual schedule.

Below are some, but not all, of the roles and responsibilities associated:

Keeping the general job site clean and free from obstructions
Assisting lead and apprentice electricians on job sites
Setting up and tearing down job prep areas
Delivering materials and logistical supplies to job sites
Lifting large equipment or materials, up to 90lbs
Manually trenching or digging

As this is an entry level position we are offering $16/hr-$20/hr depending on prior experience or current phase of academic enrollment.
