Job Summary

Build and manage cabinet projects from beginning to end. This is a highly skilled position requiring a full understanding of all facets of cabinetry and custom millwork. We are rapidly growing and need additional project staff capable of taking on whole projects end-to-end. The quality level is high as we are a truly custom shop.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities
Build to custom specification in all cabinetry styles (euro-style, face frame, flush inset)
Help in design and planning leading to amazing execution
Installation as needed
Works well with others. This is a team environment.
Prepares and maintains records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Provides assistance to resolve customer issues.

Nature and Scope
Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
Under general supervision, exercises great judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.

Work Environment
Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors that may cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness, such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes.
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (100+ pounds) or awkward.

Education And Experience
Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 5+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a custom shop
Valid license endorsement(s) for class of vehicle being operated required - Non-CDL
Bilingual preferred
