Join a Small but Expert-Led Architecture Studio

We are a growing boutique architecture firm based in Port Moody, BC, specializing in commercial tenant improvements, rezoning, and residential mixed-use projects. Our studio is known for combining design excellence with practical, real-world delivery.

We are currently hiring for two positions:

Intermediate Architectural Designer / Technologist

Junior Architectural Designer (Entry-Level or Recent Graduate)

Position 1: Intermediate Architectural Designer / Technologist
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Principal Architect throughout all phases of design

Draft architectural drawings in AutoCAD

Prepare presentation packages and permit/construction documentation

Produce realistic 3D renderings using Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar software

Assist with material specifications and finish schedules

Coordinate with consultants and attend site visits as needed

Requirements

35 years of experience in an architectural or interior design office

Strong AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Rendering experience with Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent preferred

Familiarity with BCBC 2024 and VBBL 2019

Excellent communication and time management skills

Project management or consultant coordination experience is an asset

Position 2: Junior Architectural Designer
Key Responsibilities

Assist with drafting and presentation drawings

Support 3D modeling and rendering

Help with material boards and finish coordination

Participate in design meetings and site visits (as needed)

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Architecture or Interior Design (recent grads welcome)

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail
