Sheet Metal Installer

PeopleReady is looking for dedicated Sheet Metal Installers at the journeyman level in Dover, Delaware, to be join our team. The ideal person would have at least 5 years' experience, be able to work individually and with a team in a commercial and industrial setting. The candidate should have basic tools and a strong commercial working background. We are looking for the individual who has the knowledge of installing prefab? d ductwork, plenums, and must be able to work at different heights. Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Installing ridged and flex duct as well as ceiling and wall HVAC vents
• Install and modified prefabd ductwork
• Install plenums and ductwork where needed on site
• Using all HVAC tools required to install and fab ducts, cold boxes, and HVAC components
• Assisting with loading and unloading tools and materials at the jobsite

Qualifications:

• Must have 5 years at least on commercial and industrial construction sites
• Basic math skills , addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
• Have all the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
• Must have OSHA 10 certification
• Must submit resume with application
• Must be able to work 6 days a week and 10-hour days
