**Job Description**
The HVAC Maintenance Worker is responsible for the operation, repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
+ Manage work orders and conduct building maintenance.
+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
+ Operate within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
+ Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a customer service-oriented approach.
+ Ensure compliance with EPA regulations, holding an EPA Universal certification.
**Essential Skills**
+ Commercial HVAC experience.
+ Ability to perform preventative maintenance.
+ Experience working within CMMS.
+ Troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems.
+ Customer service oriented approach.
+ EPA Universal certification.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Installation and inspection experience.
+ Experience with filter changes.
+ Knowledge of BAS, RTU, and AHU systems.
