Welding & Sheet Metal Supervisor Qualifications :

• 5+ year(s) of welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measurer
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 40lbs
• Ability to work on your feet for 90% of your shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment
• Ability to climb a ladder

Welding & Sheet Metal Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Gas, Arc, or MIG Welding on parts or assemblies
• Maintain and adjust welding equipment based on blueprints
• Pins, Knuckles, Joints
• Move parts by crane or manually
• Inspect quality of welds and clean components
• Secure work in fixture for welding or riveting
