**Schedule:** MondayFriday (No Weekends) | Multiple Shifts Available

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel components for agricultural equipment
+ Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
+ Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
+ Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols

**Qualifications:**
+ Previous welding experience (MIG or TIG) preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
+ Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
