**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled welders to join our team on the 2nd shift. This position involves performing MIG welding with a focus on flat, uphill, and downhill welding techniques. Candidates will undergo a weld test and a short interview.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding tasks with proficiency in flat, uphill, and downhill techniques.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding specifications.
+ Participate in scheduled weld tests and short interviews as part of the hiring process.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with flux core welding techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least 2 years of experience in welding.
+ Middle-level skilled welders are encouraged to apply.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
