Residential Architect

Residential based architect with minimum 10 years of specifically residential based design experience.

The position entails client contact, programming, full design services and self directed construction documentation for high end custom residential projects.

The candidate will have direct contact with clients and must have good interpersonal skills.

The position is a full time, in-office position. Flex time is available as well as minor work from home requests on an as needed basis.

The positions is salaried with bonus, profit sharing, Blue Cross Blue Shield Health plan with matching 401k.

Minimum 10 years experience in the residential design field

Design skills with custom residential work.

Hand rendering or sketchup modeling skills desired

Construction Documentation skills required with full understanding of structural layouts and the ability to size simple beams, joists and rafters.

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to handle several jobs at the same time.
