  • Meet or exceed deadlines for key phases from concept through final documentation

  • Respond to all client communication within 24 hours to maintain a high "white glove" experience

  • Complete design revisions within 48-72 hours of receiving feedback

  • Demonstrate consistent use of tools and workflows to deliver faster, more efficient project turnarounds

  • Participate in conversations or activities tied to new client relationships or project leads at least once weekly

Job Responsibilities / Expectations:

  • Lead architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction

  • Provide expert knowledge on local building codes and navigate jurisdictional challenges effectively

  • Proactively manage project milestones and workflows to deliver ahead of schedule without compromising quality

  • Represent the firm professionally and be a reliable partner to clients and internal teams

  • Foster seamless collaboration through transparent communication and anticipation of needs

  • Support business development by generating new client relationships aligned with firm goals

  • Own the full project life cycle with accountability and a mentor mindset

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Florida licensed architect

  • Minimum 10 years of architectural experience

  • Portfolio demonstrating residential design experience

  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite

  • Strong leadership and project management skills with follow-through

  • Expertise in interpreting and navigating building codes

  • Land planning experience (bonus)

  • Commercial design experience (bonus)

  • Must live in or be able to commute daily to the Tampa Bay area

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive business growth and elevate design quality.
