Lead Carpenter (Residential)

Breyer Construction and Landscape is looking for a Lead Carpenter to join their growing residential construction team!

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

• Work hands-on in the field, turning drawings and details into high-quality decks, roofs, additions, and finished basements for our residential clients.
• Lead and oversee a team of employees and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Motivate and guide the team by breaking down tasks into actionable steps and fostering a positive, encouraging work environment.
• Make on-the-spot decisions while maintaining professional communication with homeowners and subcontractors.
