Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction

• Proven success managing multiple construction projects

• Experience building single-family homes preferred

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage teams, budgets, and deadlines

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• A 4-year degree in construction, engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required

• Must be proactive and take ownership of responsibilities

• Able to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
