Job Overview:
The Field Superintendent will be responsible for planning and organizing all field construction activities for a project, ensuring that it is finished safely, in a quality manner, on schedule, and within budget, while developing and maintaining a positive company reputation with the client and community. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional projects that align with our mission and values.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of construction documents, client objectives, and project goals.
Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, identify and promptly resolve discrepancies in construction documents.
Implement our collaborative process, fostering open communication and teamwork among all project participants.
Responsible for the daily scheduling and coordination of all on-site activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Uphold our commitment to quality, integrity, and service in every aspect of project delivery.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
Keep a clean, organized work environment, setting professional standards.
Support field staff through punch list, MEP equipment training, and turnover.
Cultivate positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to foster long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
Proficiency in project management software (Procore preferred) and MS Office suite.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
OSHA certification preferred.
Construction related certifications desirable.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Could require travel and supervision of out of state projects.
