Lauren brings over a decade of impact at LiveRamp to her role as Chief Financial Officer. Known for her sharp financial acumen, calm under pressure, and deep understanding of the businessleading investor relations, finance, business technology, and people and culture with agility and discipline.

Laurens leadership is both analytical and people-centered. She drives with urgency and always with intention, advocating for strong cross-functional alignment, accountability, and team empowerment. She partners closely with the executive team to accelerate growth while keeping the business grounded in LiveRamps core values.

Why Your Role Matters:

• Serve as Laurens strategic partner, anticipating needs before they arise, managing a dynamic calendar that mirrors a fast-moving rhythm.

• Own confidential pipelinesemail triage, briefing prep, sensitive follow-upwith impeccable judgment.

• Drive high-impact experiences: finance deep-dives, board updates, investor meetings and team offsites, all executed with precision.

• Support investor relations processes and events, such as investor conferences and quarterly earnings.

• Align your presence with Lauren be onsite in San Francisco 34 days/week , ready to pivot on a moments notice.

You Will:

Calendar & Communication Strategy:

• Proactively manage a complex, high-velocity calendar that spans executive meetings, board prep, investor touchpoints, and internal priorities. Anticipate conflicts, build in decision-making time, and act as a gatekeeper and multiplierensuring every interaction supports strategic outcomes.

Meeting & Event Leadership:

• Own end-to-end delivery of leadership offsites, senior finance team sessions, quarterly earnings prep, board and analyst briefingscomplete with slides, logistics, and recaps.

Travel & Expense Optimization:

• Coordinate multi-leg global and domestic travel with efficiency and foresight. Handle expense management and policy adherence seamlessly.

Operational Excellence & Agility:

• Surface process inefficiencies, recommend automation or digital solutions; evolve standard work and introduce new operational efficiencies.

Cross-Functional Influence:

• Serve as a connector between broader teams; adapt tone and coordination style to the various stakeholders.

About You:

• 710+ years supporting C-Suite/VP-level leaders, ideally in fast-growth tech, public companies, or fintech.

Proactive Presence:

• You thrive in high-growth environments, adept at anticipating needs and delivering before being asked.

Tech-Smart:

• Expert in G Suite, Slack, Zoom, expense systems, and comfortable adapting to new toolsobsessed with efficiency.

Dynamic Communicator:

• Confident in speaking with internal leaders, board members, investors; polished written style with zero typo tolerance.

Discretion and Integrity:

• Handles confidential materials and sensitive decisions with total professionalism.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $127,000 to $149,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
