You Will:
Calendar & Communication Strategy:
Proactively manage a complex, high-velocity calendar that spans executive meetings, board prep, investor touchpoints, and internal priorities. Anticipate conflicts, build in decision-making time, and act as a gatekeeper and multiplierensuring every interaction supports strategic outcomes.
Meeting & Event Leadership:
Own end-to-end delivery of leadership offsites, senior finance team sessions, quarterly earnings prep, board and analyst briefingscomplete with slides, logistics, and recaps.
Travel & Expense Optimization:
Coordinate multi-leg global and domestic travel with efficiency and foresight. Handle expense management and policy adherence seamlessly.
Operational Excellence & Agility:
Surface process inefficiencies, recommend automation or digital solutions; evolve standard work and introduce new operational efficiencies.
Cross-Functional Influence:
Serve as a connector between broader teams; adapt tone and coordination style to the various stakeholders.
About You:
710+ years supporting C-Suite/VP-level leaders, ideally in fast-growth tech, public companies, or fintech.
Proactive Presence:
You thrive in high-growth environments, adept at anticipating needs and delivering before being asked.
Tech-Smart:
Expert in G Suite, Slack, Zoom, expense systems, and comfortable adapting to new toolsobsessed with efficiency.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $127,000 to $149,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
