Were hiring a Lead Installer who brings the experience, professionalism, and technical skill to run high-quality installations from day onewhether working solo or leading an assistant on larger, more complex jobs.
This role is for someone ready to hit the ground running. Youll be responsible for delivering precise, clean, and polished installations while also helping shape the systems and standards that future installers will follow. As you take on more responsibility in training and team development, your compensation will grow along with the company.

What Youll Do
- Execute full installations of garage and closet systems, including custom cabinets, trim, slatwall, overhead racks, epoxy flooring coordination, and our exclusive GearKeep system
- Manage job site setup, material handling, and tool readiness
- Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, and cut sheets with accuracy
- Work independently or lead an assistant installer depending on project scope
- Communicate clearly with project managers, designers, and clients
- Solve problems and make adjustments on-site when needed
- Perform light demo work when necessary, such as removing existing shelving or fixtures
- Handle drywall patching and touch-up painting to leave a clean, finished space
- Modify or fabricate cabinet components in the field as needed to complete custom fits
- Maintain a clean, professional work area during and after installation
- Help develop installation standards and assist in training future installers
What You Bring
- A drive to complete installations efficiently and flawlessly, with a focus on quality and customer satisfactionand a desire to train others to uphold the same high standards as the team grows
- Proven installation experience in cabinetry, closets, or finish carpentry (2+ years required)
- Confidence using hand and power tools with precision and safety
- Ability to work solo efficiently and also lead a helper or small crew
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in your work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A mindset for growth and continuous improvement
- Travel to job sites within 60 miles of South Orange County in a company-provided van; must be comfortable driving daily throughout South Orange County and surrounding areas
- Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds, including cabinets, tools, and materials during loading, unloading, and installation

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record; employment is contingent on passing a background check and post-offer drug screening, conducted in accordance with California law and safety standards
