We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to

oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities,

ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the

highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills,

effective communication, and a thorough understanding of construction

management practices.

**Duties**

- Track monthly work in progress to complete pay expectations in a

timely manner.

- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring

compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Coordinate and schedule project activities, including subcontractor

work, material deliveries, and inspections.

- Utilize construction management software to track project progress

and maintain accurate documentation.

- Develop and manage project schedules using tools such as Microsoft

Project to ensure timely completion of milestones.

- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to review

schematics and plans for accuracy and feasibility.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and

adherence to design specifications.

- Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize the impact on

project timelines.

- Foster a positive working environment by leading by example and

promoting teamwork among site personnel.

- Review and approve/correct time cards to ensure time and quantities

are tracked.
