We are seeking a Residential Roofing Estimator who demonstrates technical expertise,systematic thinking, and a commitment to precision. Youll own the estimation process frominspection through production handoff, working independently with advanced tools andsoftware.

• Prepare estimates for roofing systems: asphalt, tile, cedar,and metal
• Conduct on-site inspections with advanced measurement tools
• Master industry estimation software
• Interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams
• Maintain CRM records with zero margin for error
• Handle insurance estimating and documentation
• Ensure estimates meet codes and standards

• Detail-oriented and systematic thinker
• Self-directed with minimal supervision needed
• Tech-savvy and analytical
• Strong communicator
• Competitive and committed to accuracy

• 3+ years in residential roofing estimating or operations
• Proficiency with estimation software (Xactimate preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and construction docs
• Advanced Microsoft Office and cloud software skills
• Must live on or relocate to Maui; travel-ready
• Valid drivers license and clean record
• Physically able to inspect roofs safely
• Strong organizational and communication skills
