Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • HIGHLY PREFERRED CRIETERIA: " Current, valid Plumber's License for the state of Tennessee
  • In order to be considered a a highly Preferred Applicant, the Highly Preferred Criteria must be listed in your resume
  • Interpreting and working from blueprints, schematics, and job specs
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining piping systems (water, gas, drainage, vent), and installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and other plumbing systems
  • Assembling and securing pipe, tubing, and fittings using tools like pipe threaders, torches, pressure gauges, and more
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations (we don?t cut corners here)
  • Coordinating with GC, subcontractors, and fellow trades to stay on schedule
  • Leading or assisting apprentices as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite

Qualifications:

  • Have verifiable experience as a plumber on commercial construction projects
  • Have familiarity with commercial plumbing systems and materials (e.g., PVC, CPVC, copper, PEX, cast iron)
  • Have experience in all phases of plumbing construction, underground, rough-in, top-out, and trim
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics
  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
  • Physical ability to handle plumbing tools and work in various positions, including standing, bending, and lifting
  • Must have personal hand tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Reliable transportation to the job site
  • Be eligible to work in the United States
