Seeking an experienced Estimator with proven experience in commercial construction. This position is part of a our pre-construction team, managing all estimating functions throughout the pre-construction phase of projects. Responsible for value engineering, budget controls, alternative and comparative studies, and constructibility reviews. Responsible for ensuring that estimates, bids, and proposals are complete, accurate, and well supported by recent pricing data and subcontractor input.
REQUIRES: a minimum of 3 years as an construction estimator with experience in project engineering, field supervision, or procurement preferably with a large General Contractor.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or equivalent job experience.
