Plumber Helper/Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Plumber Helper/Technician with over 2 years of residential plumbing experience. The role involves assisting in the installation of plumbing fixtures and appliances, diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, and supporting the team with various plumbing tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in the installation of plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
+ Help with the installation of appliances like water heaters and dishwashers.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
+ Replace faucet washers and toilet wax rings as needed.
+ Assist with unclogging drains and other plumbing maintenance tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
+ Proficiency in plumbing, including knowledge of PVC, piping, and cast iron.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with hand tools and soldering copper.
+ Familiarity with residential and commercial construction.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in mechanical installations.
+ Understanding of construction principles.
+ Ability to work with various materials such as cast iron.
