Handyman for Real Estate/Property Management Company

At Home Hawaii, a real estate sales & property management company, seeks a part-time(to start), employee to join our residential real estate team and service our clients, mostly on the east side of the Big Island. The optimum person should have the basic knowledge and experience with: simple carpentry, drywall & exterior repairs, painting, electrical, plumbing, and be able to repair windows & screens, doors & hardware, cabinetry, etc. Basically, a multi-talented all-around fix-it person who pays attention to details. Must be able to lift 50lbs. and climb a ladder when necessary. This handyman must be licensed to drive their own reliable insured vehicle and have a positive attitude. A competitive compensation includes an hourly wage $20 - $30/hr., depending on experience, plus health insurance, paid vacation, vehicle/mileage reimbursement, retirement plan, etc. if position turns into full-time and after a probationary period.
