**Schedule & Hours:**

+ 1st Shift: MondayFriday, starting at **6:00 AM or 7:00 AM**

+ Standard 10-hour shifts, with the potential for 12-hour shifts during high-demand periods

+ Occasional Saturday overtime available (voluntary before mandatory)

**Your Role:**

As a MIG Welder, youll fabricate and weld components for heavy equipment and automotive parts in a dynamic shop setting. You'll work on a mix of **repetitive production pieces and more specialized jobs** requiring longer, more detailed welds.

**Requirements:**

+ Proven MIG welding experience

+ Ability to pass a **triple-pass horizontal fillet weld test**

+ Comfortable welding various metals including stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum (preferred)

+ Experience with **TIG welding** is a strong advantage

+ Must bring your own **weld hood and steel-toe boots**

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
