HVACs are one of the few electromechanical systems in the modern world that still requires manual troubleshooting! That toy schematic on the inside cover is not the least bit diagnostic. When the systems are interdependent but un-communitive, they always seem to leave more than 1 source that can be the cause of a problem!
If HVAC is so easy to diagnose and maintain, why is everyone always trying to sell the customer a new one instead of fix the old one? Why are customers going years without even knowing that filter changes are not the only thing they are supposed to do for their HVAC? Refrigerant is scarce, less than 15 Seer doesn't meet code, and indoor air can be 99.4% free of germs and bacteria!
Howard Aire Services is pursuing a unique customer and employee oriented approach. We have 2 concerns and 2 concerns only. We want a 5 star rating from every customer's, tune up, repair, and/or replacement. We want everything in our employee's homes to reflect the success they are enjoying at the company!
We don't have 40 hour clock weeks available right now. Yes we are, "git gitten it!", but no carts before the horse. We have tasks related to sales, marketing, and administration for , "CAREER" minded people that have strong, medium, and no customer service skills lol. We'll pay you a little more but you are going to have to help us get you the rest. To be a leader at our company requires the proven ability to do more than install, diagnose, and repair! The longer you are with us the more you will earn. Even if we never reach full time hours for you, it is still our goal to ensure that you are earning a full time pay!!
To, "hang" with us you need:
A Driver's License
4 years HVAC Diagnostic/Installation Experience
3-4 days a week between 8am and 4pm
Proof of Earnings when requesting more than $25.00 per hr.
Most of your own tools
This is not going to be your typical HVAC position. You'll need to keep your head on swivel, take more notes than you have in years, and study in your off time. Know going in that no matter how good you are at HVAC, we're hoping you'll embrace some of the other ways we have for you to gradually earn more money!! Intrigued, call me! Mike C .... Don't text!
