Truss Builder**

**Description:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Truss Builder. This role involves assembling wooden roof and floor trusses using hand and power tools in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you have experience in construction and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great fit for you.
**Responsibilities:**
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to assemble trusses accurately.
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials using saws, hammers, nail guns, and other tools.
Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and structural integrity.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
**Pay Range:**
$19-$21 per/hour
**Hours:**
+ 7am-530pm (M-Th) / 7am-12pm (Fri)
**Work Environment:**
+ Indoor manufacturing facility with open-air elements.
+ Standing, lifting, and repetitive motion are required throughout the day.
+ Team-based atmosphere with a focus on safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
**Skills:**
+ Prior construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required.
+ Ability to read a tape measure and interpret basic blueprints.
+ Comfortable using hand and power tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
