Job DescriptionAs a Superintendent with a trades background, you are invited to join our operations team in Christina Lake . This permanent, site-based position is fly-in fly-out (FIFO) on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule. We welcome all qualified applicants to apply.
What would you be doing?
- Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
- Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
- Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
- Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures,
- Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

- Is results-oriented, passionate about construction and has proven experience managing maintenance sites.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.
- A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade.
- Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew.
- Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, H2S Alive.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
