We are seeking a Nuclear Safety Manager who thrives in high-stakes environments and is driven by mission. Objectives:
- Own the full lifecycle of Nuclear Safety documentation
- Manage the safety team for the evaluation and implementation of safety principles from reference plants into IROFS designs
- Oversee and document critical system interfaces
- Evaluate design changes against license applications per 10CFR70 requirements
- Collaborate with the Licensing group on ISA Summary maintenance
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain the Integrated Schedule
- Manage Process Hazard Analysis, Criticality Hazard Analysis, Fire Hazard Analysis, and External Hazard Analysis
- Develop and maintain Nuclear Safety Programs, plans, and procedures
- Lead major system safety reviews
- Ensure compliance with NRC regulations and safety standards
