Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Designer/Drafter position include: Degree or technical diploma in Drafting, Electrical Design, or related field 3+ years of experience in electrical drafting, preferably in power generation or industrial systems Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks Electrical, Inventor) Develop detailed electrical drawings and panel layouts based on engineering markups Prepare technical documentation: single-line diagrams, control schematics, etc. Interpret and apply industry standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE) for compliance Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate, complete designs Organize drawing libraries and support field teams with updated installation drawings Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
