National Shell Contractors is a full-service shell contracting company located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. We value our clients and provide quality work completed safely, on-time and within budget. Our projects are in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties.

Salary $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for all activities related to the execution of the foundations and structure of the building in accordance with the construction plans.

Coordinate daily with suppliers and subcontractors.

Plan and coordinate with Project Manager all daily activities according to the work schedule.

Prepare daily reports (including daily photos of work progress).

Plan and monitor all work activities according to the work schedule and the look ahead schedule.

Comply with and maintain all project safety standards, in accordance with the work safety plan.

Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Review construction plans and project specifications.

Required Experience

5+ years experience in Shell Construction.

Track record of extensive analysis in current material packages (concrete, CMU, lumber, rebar).

Working knowledge of Viewpoint Pro-Contractor and/or Plan swift.

Proven understanding of engineering, procurement, construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
