Construction Estimator

Provides a detailed list of material estimates from drawings for purchasing and field construction. Estimates and submits proposals for approval. Assists coordinating the project at various stages with shipping lists, field support take offs, and construction. Communicates effectively with all organizational levels Provides problem-solving solutions using Building Codes and product information. Assist other estimators. Works with estimating & Project Management to complete assignments in a timely manner. Compile legible quotes for submission to client. Performs other duties as required. Qualifications. Knowledge 3-5 Years of Experience with Multi-family / Commercial estimating required. Proficiency in hand done material take-offs. Working knowledge and experience using Planswift or excel preferred.
