Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary Pay: $80,000-$90,000 per year based on experience

Annual Bonus: Up to 10% of base salary

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Ex perience managing appliance installs for both single-family and multifamily residential projects is preferred

Experience in appliance distribution & installation is preferred

Experience working directly with clients, customers, and project stakeholders, while overseeing job sites, and coordinating with crews is preferred

Practical knowledge of appliance installation is a plus

Summary

A Builder Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing regional builder and multi-family projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and within the scheduled time frame. This role requires appliance installation knowledge, hands on skills, and the ability to lead a team and/or collaborate with other professionals on site.

Essential Functions

Project Management: Responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple builder projects. Duties include installation audits, inventory management, pre and post installation inspections, safety compliance according to site specific requirements, site assessments and knowledge of county installation regulations and requirements.

On-site support: Supervise and coordinate with Service Providers and other professionals on site to ensure tasks are completed correctly. Launch new projects/builder sites and conduct Welcome Process. Build strong business relationships with onsite superintendent.

Client Liaison: Communicate progress to clients, address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

3 years or more in Professional experience in builder project management or related project management, Required

County and State Appliance Installation Regulations Intermediate, Preferred

Safety Management Advanced, Required

Knowledge of Appliance Installation Advanced, Required

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
