Bi-lingual Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Bi-lingual Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee residential and/or commercial roofing projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of roofing systems, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple crews, timelines, and budgets effectively. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
-Proven experience in project coordination with a strong understanding of project management principles.
-Experience with content management systems is a plus.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
-Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of services.
-Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
-Coordinate with estimators, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials, labor, and equipment are on-site as needed.
-Conduct pre-job and post-job walkthroughs
-Manage daily field operations, including multiple crews and subcontractors.
-Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
-Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide real-time solutions.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
-Provide regular project updates to clients, stakeholders, and company leadership.
-Address customer concerns professionally and promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
-Enforce safety policies and ensure all crew members are adhering to OSHA standards.
-Conduct site safety audits and toolbox talks regularly.
-Ensure all permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Qualifications
-Proficient in Spanish
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Minimum 25 years of project management experience in the roofing or general construction industry.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication.
-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
-Ability to walk rooftops and construction sites.
-Capable of lifting 50+ lbs. and working in various weather conditions.
-Willingness to travel between job sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
