What Youll Do
Field leadership
Direct & motivate paint crews across Palm Beach/Broward job sites.
Walk homes daily, enforce scope, color/product spec, and builder cycle times.
Pre-punch each unit; deliver 50 units).
Fluent in blueprint/spec reading; familiar with Sherwin-Williams product lines.
Valid FL drivers license & clean MVR; willing to travel within Broward & Palm Beach Counties.
Tech-savvy: smartphone apps, email, basic Excel; BuildPro a plus.
Strong English; conversational Spanish highly preferred.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with large scale residential and commercial builder production cycles.
