Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Brick Mason to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in laying bricks, blocks, and other types of masonry work to construct and repair structures such as walls, arches, and chimneys. The Brick Mason should possess a strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret blueprints and specifications, and proficiency in using various masonry tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
-Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and materials required for construction projects.
-Measure and cut bricks, blocks, or other materials to fit specific dimensions using hand or power tools.
-Lay bricks, blocks, or stones in mortar, ensuring they are aligned and level.
-Build and repair walls, chimneys, arches, and other structures according to project requirements.
-Apply weatherproofing and finishing layers to masonry surfaces.
-Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
-Maintain and clean tools and equipment used in masonry work.
-Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
-Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
-Provide guidance and training to apprentices or less experienced workers.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role in the construction industry.
-Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent attention to detail and precision.
-Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Certification or completion of apprenticeship program in masonry preferred but not required.
-Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
