HELP WANTED: General Contractor for Residential Insurance
Reconstruction

We are seeking an experienced General Contractor to join our growing restoration team, specializing in residential insurance claim repairs (fire, water, storm, mold, etc.). We are a Restoration Company based out of Seattle that receives 100 plus new reconstruction projects monthly.

Location: Multiple Locations Pierce, King, Snohomish, Skagit, Thurston, Whatcom County.
Job Type: Full-time / Subcontractor
Competitive Pay based on insurance approved scope of work.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage restoration projects from start to finish (scope review to final inspection)
Coordinate subcontractors, permits, materials, and schedules
Communicate effectively with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and office staff
Ensure all work complies with local codes and insurance requirements

Requirements:

Valid General Contractors license and insurance
Strong knowledge residential construction
Ability to read and write Xactimate estimates a strong plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and tools
